Sponsorship Levels

Gold

Gold – Sponsorship amount = $5,000. Sponsorship will be acknowledged as a full-page acknowledgement in the conference program, and as a stand-alone slide that will be displayed in the lecture hall prior to the start of each scientific session.  Sponsor will have the option for a 5-minute presentation to the entire gathering at the conference plus a vendor table will also be made available if desired by the sponsor.

Silver

Silver – Sponsorship amount = $3,000. Sponsorship will be acknowledged as a half-page acknowledgement in the conference program, and on a slide dedicated to Silver-level sponsors that will be displayed in the lecture hall prior to the start of each scientific session.  Sponsor will have the option for a 2.5-minute presentation to the entire gathering at the conference plus a vendor table will also be made available if desired by the sponsor.

Bronze

Bronze – Sponsorship amount = $1,000. Sponsorship will be acknowledged in writing in the conference program, and on a slide dedicated to Bronze-level sponsors that will be displayed in the lecture hall prior to the start of each scientific session.  A vendor table will also be made available if desired by the sponsor.
